STREETWEAR LOOKBOOK

Streetwear is no easy style. Looking sporty and chic without loosing your silhouette is a difficult task. But as always not impossible when combining the right pieces. This season brings a lot of combinations that make this style even more interesting and trendy.

I partnered up again with Zoë Fellows to bring to you this  Spring’s trends and how to style them with a streetwear outfit. Again all of the outfit details of what she’s wearing and why are on her blog so go ahead and check it out.

Trends:

Tailored  Navy Blue Pants:

Since I saw Dior’s show, I’ve been obsessed with this trend. This pants are actually meant to wear in fancy occasions but you can style them very casual. For a streetwear look to look more chic this is the perfect option. This pants are going to be everywhere this year so investing on them is not a bad idea.

Cap:

If you follow fashion, specially this time of the year, caps are everywhere. Of course not only baseball caps but even CHANEL used them on their show. Wearing them can make your outfit casual but also very special since it is not an accessory everyone goes for. Plus it is perfect for both rain and sun.

The coat and the hoody:

This trend is new and it’s staying. Combining a tailored and maybe even fancy coat with a hoody is pretty much the definition of what I wanted to achieve with this look. Is chic, stylish and classy but smartly dressed down to be a streetwear look. This is what everyone will be wearing not only in spring but fall and winter.

Denim on Denim:

Again Dior just made it clear for us that denim on denim is not only allowed but completely wearable all year long. You can go for their put together looks or for a more girly and fun style like true Hilfiger girl. Pairing it with youthful cropped tops and hoody makes it even more cool. We may not all be Gigi Hadid but denim on denim can be for everyone and for sure something to keep an eye on this season.

Fishnet Tights:

This may come as no surprise to you, this are everywhere. A pretty daring and bold piece if you ask me, but it can be wearable with a lot of things. Not only that but it adds texture and detail to maybe a boring outfit. The best way to style it is to make it the statement piece yet not allowing it to overpower. Pair it with some distressed denim or all-black skirt outfit and you are good to go.
