Graphic T-shirts have been everywhere for a while now, but since the reappearance of the GUCCI graphic T-shirt, everyone is pulling their favorite shirts out of the closet. With Spring and Summer on their way this trend’s popularity is growing more and more everyday. In last week’s GUCCI show, among the incredible designs and colors, a lot of models walked down the catwalk with their best GUCCI shirt. That means that you won’t only use them during Spring and Summer but all the way to Fall as well!
Wearing them on a day to day basis is not a difficult task. Either layered up, on top of turtleneck sweaters, tucked into your favorite high waisted jeans or an oversized one as a dress. There are uncountable ways to use it. The important thing you need to remember about this and all of GUCCI’s trends is to keep a very regular or serious outfit: youthful, colorful and playful.
Not everyone can afford of course a GUCCI shirt, but since it has been and will stay such a big trend for the upcoming months ready-to-wear and fast fashion stores have been having a lot of fun creating designs and T’s for everyone at affordable prices. Do mind that it has to portray who you are, even if it is a rock band shirt, make it your own and don’t forget that you need to add color.
Adding color for us black & white outfit lovers is difficult, trust me I know. But it is definitely not impossible. Choose sweeter or lighter designs if you are not a big fan, choose shirts with flowers or maybe smaller logo’s. Or add just one piece of color and then make it pop with a bright red lip. Why not try to step out of your comfort zone and have fun?
I made this outfit a mix and match of a lot of upcoming trends, mostly GUCCI. Details in gold, bold eyewear, backpacks, smoking jackets, bows and scarfs as details on my hair and low heals. Chic and still very casual.
And you? How do you style your favourite GUCCI trend?
