More than 50% of the citizens in each of the countries in the European Union are happy to be part of Europe. That was the result of the Eurobarometer from November 2017, a survey regularly held by the European Commission since 1973. Amongst the happiest countries, we find Luxembourg, Ireland and the Netherlands. The countries with the highest percentage of disagreement Hungary, the Czech Republic and Romania. The European Commision shared the statistics on their Twitter account (@EU_Commission) with the #FutureofEurope to show that Europe is more united than ever.
